To the general membership of the Grand Canyon Chapter of AORN # 0310,
The existing chapter bylaws were reviewed on 11/26/23. The following changes are being submitted to our members for review and comment. Please send comments to the chapter president @ jlcrncnor@gmail.com or our chapter email aorngrandcanyon@gmail.com. This change will be voted on at the January meeting in Tucson on 1/13/2024.
This is the existing bylaws wording:
Article VII- Eligibility - Elections - Terms - Vacancies - Removal
Section 2: Elections
A. A minimum of four (4) chapter officers must be elected: president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer. Additional elected or appointed officers are specified by the chapter in these bylaws.
The proposed revision is:
A. A minimum of three (3) chapter officers must be elected: president-elect. secretary, treasurer. Additional elected or appointed officers are specified by the chapter in these bylaws.
