New upcoming meeting details

For those who cannot physically attend out 6/9 meeting at 10am, we will be using Facebook live video as well as Zoom web conferencing for the first time, on recommendation from one of our members. Here are the details for the Zoom web conferencing:

For those interested in the jalapeno popper dip at the meeting:
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small can diced jalapenos (mild or hot depending on your target population)
1 small can diced chiles (mild or hot depending on your target population)
*For reference, I used mild jalapenos and chiles at the meeting.
2 packages cream cheese
Panko crumbs to sprinkle on top (if you're feeling fancy)
Mix everything together (no special technique involved, although I found a hand mixer to be a vast improvement over my arm and a mixing spoon).
Pour in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Alternatively, for most potluck situations, I have found that a mini crockpot works well (just turn the heat down after it gets up to a melty temp or it will burn on the bottom).
Serve with crackers/bread/chips.
Prepare to regret not making a double batch when there are no leftovers for you to enjoy later.
